Lisa Dumphord has more than 20 years of experience as a Property Manager and has been successfully overseeing properties in the Lexington area for the majority of that time. Her expertise includes managing everything from multi-family residential to student housing properties.

Lisa also holds a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certificate, and incorporates a high level of professionalism in every part of her job. Working in an industry where she is able to meet and assist a variety of people with various aspects of their housing needs is what fuels her passion for property management.
