Brian Lubeck

Co-Founder, Sales & Leasing

Brian Lubeck is a founding Partner and oversees Cypress Property Group’s sales and leasing operations. Prior to establishing CPG, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and enjoyed eight successful years playing professional basketball. Brian then joined Pinnacle Realty Group as a commercial broker where he handled investment sales of multi-family and office buildings, leasing, tenant representation and property management.

Capitalizing on his previous experience, Brian specializes in the sale and leasing of multi-family, retail, office and investment properties throughout the region. He has represented and worked with major players in the retail and restaurant industry including Taco Bell, Bojangles, Orange Leaf, Firehouse Subs, and Sleep Outfitters.
